Comments:  The Developmental Disability Program funds the majority of their adult services through Medicaid Waivers.  The two waivers they currently hold are the Community Supports Waiver and the 0208 Waiver.  Because most services are funded through these Medicaid Waivers, it is imperative that individuals meet and maintain their eligibility for Medicaid.  For information on services provided under each of the two Waivers, visit www.dphhs.mt.gov, go to Programs, then Disability Services Division, Developmental Disabilities Program, Medicaid Waiver Information, 0208.90 Waiver or MT0371 Community Supports Waiver, Appendix B.
